Description: In the Watermelon Juice Recipe, the only king ingredient is the fresh and juicy watermelon. They are recommended by dietitians for health conscious and the calories concerned people. The combination of glucose, vitamins and water makes it perfect choice of intake to remain hydrated.

Watermelon Juice Recipe Ingredients:

  • Watermelon – 1 large size
  • Ice Cubes – 2 cups
  • Lime Juice – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Chat Masala – 1 ½ tbsp.
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Ginger – ½ cup (optional)
  • Sugar – ¼ tsp (optional)

Note: It is recommended to use granulated sugar and not sugar cubes. Instead of sugar, you can use honey.

Watermelon Juice Recipe Steps:

Pre-Preparation:

  • Rinse, clean and chop the watermelons. Remove the seeds before transferring in to the grinder.
  • Finely chop the gingers.

When you chop the watermelons, first remove the skin  , the cut into two equal halves. Remove the seeds and then cut into small pieces.

Note: You can also ginger paste or the ginger powder.

Preparation:

  • In the grinder, transfer the watermelons pieces. Add some salt and masala powder in the crusher.
  • You can squeeze the lemons or sprinkle the lime juice if you want to. Also you may add the garlic powder. This makes the juice little tangy.
  • And most important step is to add ice cubes into the juicer.
  • Grind the melons and ice for 2 minutes till the smooth mixture is ready. The final puree formed must be pinkish and shiny. Strain the juice before serving it.

Note: Use strictly ice cubes and not the cold water.
