Eggless Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Chips – ½ cup
  • Refined Flour – 100 grams
  • Cocoa Powder – ½ cup.
  • Baking Powder – ½ tsp.
  • Baking Soda – ½ tsp.
  • Condensed Milk – 2oo grams
  • Butter – ½ cup
  • Granulated Sugar – 1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp.
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Khoya – 1 cup
  • Milk –  ¼ cup
  • Oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Warm Water – ½ cup
  • Salt – as per taste

Note: You may combine dark chocolate chips with white chocolate chips. Use saffola oil when preparing this dish. If you prefer to have extremely sweet muffins then use 1 cup of sugar or else keep ½ cup to ¾ cup. You can use the icing sugar as well. You can use honey as an alternative to the sugar.

Eggless Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe Steps:

Pre-Preparation:

  • Preheat Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C for 15 minutes. (buy this recommended oven online)
  • Prepare the muffin tray: Line it muffin liners, spray with cooking spray or grease oil.
  • Sift Cocoa Powder to avoid lumps.
  • Sugar Syrup: Heat the ½ cup of water and add the sugar. Stir well this the sugar dissolves completely in the water.

Note: You may also set the temperature to 180 C. You can heat the water either on a stove or in a microwave.

Preparation:

  • Take a large mixing bowl and sieve the baking powder along with the cocoa powder. Also, filter flour and the baking soda in the same bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
  • In another bowl, cream the condensed milk and the butter.
  • Mix well the vanilla essence and khoya to the cream. Then beat the ingredients well.
  • Also add curd, oil, vinegar and little of warm water.
  • In this bowl, fold the flour mixture and also add chocolate chips.
  • Mix well. Take the side edges. Stir till it becomes moist.
  • Add milk in increments and keep mixing to form a batter.
  • Transfer the batter to the muffin moulds.
  • Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips.
  • Keep the tray in over and the muffins bake for 25 minutes.
  • Wait till they have puffed from the top and have become fluffy.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and keep on the wire to cool.
  • De-mold the muffins from the mould.

And the creamy chocolate chip muffins are ready to be served! You can serve them warm or chilled.

Note: Baking time depends on the temperature of your oven. Keep the baking tray in the center of the oven. Fold the ingredients gently. Avoid to over mix the ingredients in the batter.
