Ingredients for Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe:

  • Fresh Cream – ½ cup
  • Condensed Milk – 2 tsp.
  • Mustard (Rai) Paste – ½ tsp.
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch) – ½ tsp.
  • Oil – ¾ cup
  • Salt – to taste

Note: Black Pepper Powder is Optional. You can also add white sugar. The powdered milk can also be added. Mustard paste is the main element, do not skip adding it.

The pepper powder must be freshly grounded for a good texture and flavour.

Instructions for Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe:

  • Take a deep bowl for mixing ingredients.
  • Add Fresh Cream in the bowl.
  • Add Condensed Milk in the fresh cream.
  • With the help of electric beater, mix cream and milk nicely.
  • Do this for 3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Now, add oil slowly in the mixture.
  • Do no stop beating the mixture.
  • Beat for more 2 minutes until the mixture become fluffy.
  • Add black pepper powder, vinegar and mustard paste in the mixture.
  • Mix everything nicely.
  • Add Salt in the mayonnaise and mix it.
  • Beat the mayonnaise for more 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, stop the electric beater.
  • Transfer the mayonnaise to an air-tight container.
  • Store it in the refrigerator.

Note: Combine the water if you want with the cream and condensed milk. Blend it in the blender or with the electric whisker.

Puree until the mixture becomes smooth. Use more or less oil to make it the thickness you like. Blending the mixture until smooth is optional. It helps in making a lump-free paste.
