Keep both the bowls for around 15 minutes or you can pop them in fridge a little bit ahead of time. Also, the cream used has to be chilled. Take the refrigerated cream and add into the chilled bowl. The colder the cream and bowls, the easier it would be to beat the mixture and the faster will be the whipping.

Sprinkle Sugar and Add Vanilla Essence:

  • Take two bowl. Rinse with water. Wash, clean and dry the bowls.
  • The first bowl has to be large in size. The second bowl has to be small.
  • The size of first bowl has to such that second bowl easily fits in it.

  • Place this heavy metal mixing bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Also, keep the whisk attachment in the freezer.
  • Keep the metal whisk into the freezer for 10 minutes.
