Ingredients for Mango Cream Recipe:

  • Cardamom powder – ½ tsp.
  • Fresh cream – 400 ml + ¼ cup
  • Ripe Mangoes – 2 medium size
  • Sugar as required

Note: The green colored cardamom powder can be replaced with the ½ tsp. of cinnamon powder as well. If you have cardamom seeds then check below to convert the seeds into the cardamom powder.

You can substitute regular fresh cream with the 1 cup of coconut cream or coconut milk.

If you have Jaggery in the powdered form, then you can add that.

Steps for Mango Cream Recipe:

Pre-Preparation:

  • Rinse the mangoes under the fresh running water of the tap.
  • After you wash it, clean it with the kitchen towel and let it dry.
  • Then peel off its skin with and cut chop the small cubical pieces of mangoes.
  • If you have the cardamom seeds, then take the mortal pestle and crush these seeds into the fine cardamom powder.
  • Transfer the fresh cream from the packet to the bowl. Separately keep the ¼ cup of fresh cream different from the other 1 cup of fresh cream.

Note: The mango cream would taste better if you refrigerate the other ¼ cup of cream while you are busy preparing the puree and mango cream.

Preparation:

  • Take a mixer jar and then add the chopped mango cubes in it.
  • Then sprinkle the sugar in the required amount into the blender.
  • Start the blender and blend until you get the smooth mango puree.
  • The sugar must be dissolved and entirely mixed in the mango puree.
  • After the mango puree has achieved the smooth consistency, pour in the 1 cup of cream to the blender.
  • Now after the addition of cream in the mixer, once again start the blender.
  • Blend until the mixture of cream has become smooth.
  • Transfer this mango cream from the blender to the serving bowl.
  • In a mixer jar, separately blend the reserved ¼ cup of cream with some powdered Jaggery or powdered sugar.
  • Take it from the jar and top it with your freshly prepared mango cream.
  • Season the mango cream with the sprinkle of cardamom powder.
  • Keep the bowl of this delicious mango cream it refrigerator for a while before serving.

Note: If you do not want to refrigerate, then you can serve the mango cream straightway without the delay. Serve it right away as it is made after you top it with the cream and sprinkle any flavoring agent over it.
