Peach Popsicles Recipe : Homemade Summer Refresher!

Who does not like popsicles? The chunky popsicles are an ideal satisfier of a cooling desire. Most of us prefer iced tea and popsicles in summers, then why not to try their combination. The Peach Popsicles Recipe is simple to follow and can be prepared within minutes. The chunky portion of fruit when blends with the sweet iced-tea liberates exhilarating flavors, restoring the lost energy.

Description: The fruity and pulpy Peach Popsicles are a perfect chiller for the hot and humid sunny days. The classic pairing of sweet peach and chilled tea tastes extremely delicious. One simply cannot resist to give this frozen twist a try.

Peach Popsicles Recipe

Peach Popsicles Recipe Ingredients:

  • Peach – 1 large sized
  • Ice Tea Bags – 4 bags
  • Pop Maker/ Popsicle Mold
  • Pop Sticks – 8 sticks
  • Garlic – 1 cup
  • Sugar – ½ cup

Note: The flavor of the iced tea bags should be sweet. You can also you home-made tea. If you are health conscious, use Green tea or Honey.

Peach Popsicles Recipe Steps:

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Wash the peach properly and chop into 8 equal sizes.
  2. Wash the mold properly in and out before using it.

Note: The tea bags should be fresh and unused.

Preparation:

  1. In each Popsicle mold, add 2 slices of peach.
  2. Take a saucepan, heat garlic and combine sugar with peach puree. Simmer till the sugar dilutes.
  3. Over a medium flame, boil the water for 5 minutes. In this steep the tea bags for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add the mixture you prepared.
  4. Season the peach inside the Popsicle mold with sweet flavor by pouring with sweet tea in each of them.
  5. Keep the mold with mixture in a refrigerator for approximately one hour. In between after half-hour check the mold, if half frozen, then fix the Popsicle sticks in the mold.
  6. Wait for another half-hour, let them get frozen completely.
  7. Take out the Popsicle mold from the freezer, and with the help of warm water running over the chilled mold, pull the popsicles out.

And your frozen sweet popsicles are ready to take a bite…Go Grab!

Note: Do not take out from freeze in less than one hour… You may also use Puree of Peach Instead of slices. The popsicles can be stored for 2 weeks.
