The preparation is all about mixing ghee with rice. All it requires is to suttee the spices and nuts in ghee and combine with steamed rice.
The texture is immensely commendable which fresh rice inseparable from the ghee. Also the aromatic fragrance from a pot of rice cooked in ghee and various Indian spice powders intensely strong.
