Ingredients for Making Mushroom Sandwich Recipe:

  • Bread – 2 slices.
  • Mushrooms (sliced) – 1 cup
  • Butter – 1 tsp.
  • Cheese (grated) – 1 cube
  • Olive Oil – 1 tbsp. (buy it here)
  • Green Chillies (chopped) – 2 pieces
  • Garlic (chopped) – 3 cloves.
  • Onions (chopped) – 1 unit
  • Salt – as needed

Note: You can use any bread such as whole grain bread, multi-grain, brown bread or most common white bread.

If you want the sandwich to be a bit tangy, then use tomatoes both the crushed tomatoes and the tomato slices. The crushed tomatoes can be mixed in the mushroom stuffing whereas the slices of tomatoes can be placed over the slices of the bread.
