Mexican Guacamole Dip Recipe

Guacamole Dip Recipe Ingredients:

  • Tabasco Sauce – ½ tsp
  • Lime Juice – ½ tbsp.
  • Fresh Avocado –  3 avocados – 1 cup
  • Onion – ½ cup
  • Tomatoes – ½ cup
  • Chilies  – 1 or 2 pieces – ¼ cup
  • Black Pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – as per taste

Note: Select the ripe –soft and dark colored fresh Avocados from the market.

Guacamole Dip Recipe Steps:

Pre-Preparation:

  • Peel the Avocado, stone removed and chop it.
  • Finely Chop Onions and Tomatoes.
  • Deseed the chilies and slice chop.

Note: Take the soft Avocado, and keep a cut in the center to split two equal portions apart. Remove the stone (pit) with spoon or knife. Carve the flesh of the portion with the spoon. Chop them or mash them till the mixture is smooth.

Preparation:

  • Take a large mixing bowl. In that add chopped avocado, onions, tomatoes and chilies.
  • Squeeze lemons or add lime juice and tabasco sauce to this creamy mixture.
  • Mash and mix them with each other with backend of spoon or fork, till the mixture is smooth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to season them with savory flavors.
  • Keep in refrigerator for chilling. [optional]

And your tasty dip is ready to be served…

Note: You can try adding sour cream to the mixture of the dip. Also add olive oil to give shinny texture.
