Pineapple Juice Recipe

Pineapple Juice Recipe Ingredients:

  • Fresh Pineapple – 3 cups
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp.
  • Rock Salt – ¼ tsp.
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp.
  • Filtered Water – 1 ¼ cups
  • Fresh Mint Leaves – ¼ cup
  • Ice Cubes – ½ cup (8 ice cubes)

Note: Use chilled water for the best results. You can use tinned pineapples as well if the fresh are not available.

Pineapple Juice Recipe Steps:

Pre-Preparation:

  • Wash, Rinse, and Clean the Pineapple. You can either peel off their skin and chop or chop them first and then peel off. Slice them into the shape of cubes.
  • Pineapple Puree:
    • In a blender, add the chopped pineapple and blend on medium speed till the smooth puree is formed.
    • You may add water is required.
    • Make sure there is no chunk of pineapple in the puree.
    • Strain the puree in a large bowl, and line it up with a strainer of equal size.
    • Pour the pineapple puree from the blender to the bowl through this strainer over it.

Note: Chop the pineapple with a large knife in small pieces.

Preparation:

  • Again take the blender jar, add the sugar along with the cold water.
  • Also, add pieces of ice cubes.
  • Now transfer the pineapple puree to the blender.
  • Add a pinch of rock salt and black pepper powder.
  • Blend until the mixture achieves smooth texture with a thin consistency.
  • Again strain into a bowl and pour the pineapple juice from the blender to the bowl through it.
  • Press it with the spatula to get the maximum.
  • Stir the juice with a spoon to collect the smooth juice.
  • If you want colder juice, then add ¼ cup chilled water and stir.
  • The more water you add, the thinner the pineapple juice becomes.
  • In a cocktail shaker, shake the juice with sugar.
  • Shake well for some time.
  • Pour the juice in glasses topped with ice cubes.
  • Season with mint leaves.
  • Sprinkle cumin powder and regular salt over the juice.
  • Stir it again with a spoon so that spices mix in properly.

And the pleasurable Pineapple Juice is ready to be served!

Note: If you do not have a large blender, then use the small blender. Blend chopped pineapples in batches.
