Dry Fruits Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients for Dry Fruits Ladoo Recipe:

  • Raisins/ Dry Grapes – 1 tbsp.
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp. (Buy Patanjali Ghee)
  • Seedless Dates/ Khajur – 1 cup
  • Pistachios – ¼ cup
  • Cashew – ¼ cup
  • Almond – ¼ cup
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tsp.

Note: You can use the desiccated coconut if you want. If you have the cardamom seeds at home, then peel their skin and crush them in the mortar pestle to transform into powder. Always use the wet dates in the making of Ladoo.

Using the Anjeer enriches the taste and flavor of the dish. If you are using Anjeer, then take not to soak them in water before using so that they become soft. Drain the water, dry the Anjeer and chop into the pieces.

Method for Dry Fruits Ladoo Recipe:

Pre-preparation:

  • Take a blender jar and add dates in it. Blend dry for 4-5 pulses.
  • Blend the dates until they are done coarsely. Keep it aside.
  • Now finely chop pistachios, cashews, and almonds. (buy almonds online)

Note: You can also powder them if you don’t like the crunchy texture. You can also roast the almonds before using them.

Preparation:

  • Take Kadai (non-stick pan) and the heat on the stove.
  • Add ghee in it. Let it melt.
  • Now add raisins, chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
  • Mix the ingredients well with each other and let them cook.
  • Fry them on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes until their colored is slightly changed.
  • Now add coarsely grounded dates. Mix them well in the pan.
  • Smash dates while you are mixing them.
  • Smash with the help of a spatula this will help to mix the dates with other dry fruits.
  • Stir the mixture at regular intervals, and keep scraping from the edges of the pan.
  • Now add cardamom powder and continue to sauté while stirring continuously.
  • Sauté until the dates will start to release the oil.
  • Switch off the stove and let it cool for 3-4 minutes.
  • Immediately make small round balls out of the mixture.
  • Place the small round balls in one plate and make till entire mixture is used.

And the delicious Dry fruits Ladoo is ready to eat.

Note: Start making Ladoo when mixture us slightly hot because if it is cooled you won’t be able to make the ladoos.
